Based at her home studio in Bondi, most people know Jessie Gibson as a passionate yoga teacher with a keen interest in the wellbeing of everyone she meets.  What's less known is that she's been recording interviews with her nearest and dearest for over twenty years.  It started as a bit of fun but over time those recordings have become more even precious to everyone involved. New technologies now allow her to capture more stories with a fully digital offering.

Meet Jessie

"For me, it's more than just fascinating stories. It's the real voices of real lives. I missed this chance with too many in my family. It's important work that I love doing."

Jessie Gibson - Portrait of a Life

Meet our clients.

  • "Jessie interviewed Mum and Dad (Rudi and Soheir) back in April 2019 and teased out all the old family stories, with a couple of new twists. They loved it and now I've got such an amazing keepsake to share with my sister. So happy we did this."

    Iman Muldoon, Bondi

  • "Anna has always been a trailblazer and I've known her since early years in Australia. But I never knew what happened in Hungary and what was the real source of her strength. It was great to listen to Jessie's interview and know that Anna's story will live on forever."

    Patrick Mullins, Vaucluse

  • "We were so sad to lose Mum during Covid but something I've been glad for has been the interview Jess did with her the year before. Having her voice and her stories still with us is something the whole family will always treasure."

    Christine Underhill, Clovelly
